i was submitted my payout options which is GCASH and also i was submitted all of my documents. a governemnt issued identifications and now i was withdrawing my money from ny ice casino accpunt which is 13,600.00 i want to withdraw the 10,000.00 but its not its always rejected and now i was tried again to wothdraw the 10,000.00 i dont know what to do then now and i dont know if i can still get my money 😭😭😭😭😭 i even deposited thousands of amounts to play slot games but why is is i have having hard time to withdraw my money from my gaming account which is the oce casino. please help me guys.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
