Thank you for responding I went back into the game and canceled the withdrawal and made a complaint with the support department told him it was ridiculous. But I'm more worried about the other two complaints I have in one is for $1,700 and the other is for five grand. I'd like to close this complaint. My other two complaints are for one of heaps of wins sister casinos. It's called sector 777
