I can' t get a straight answer from the live chat or speak to any one higher .I try calling customer service but its never answered. They kept a 400.00 cash out bc i used a 75.00 bonus while a withdraw was pending. So I want to make sure im in compliance with them to cash out my 20 .000 plus.I cant get an answer yes or no. They never return emails ive sent either

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.hallmarkcasino.com/bonus-terms/:

„You may not mix or combine promotions or bonuses. If multiple bonuses are mixed, your casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal. Please be sure to use only one bonus at a time. Unless otherwise indicated by the casino management, you cannot redeem additional coupons if you have a withdrawal pending or if you have an existing overdue balance."

„All promotional offers and bonuses can only be redeemed by players when they have no existing account balances and no pending withdrawals unless stated otherwise."

Well now my winnings are over 32000.00. They say i can only have 300.00 of it. Because my lates deposit is $30 i get 10x that amount. That ridiculious. Im very up set and and thinking i should call my lawyer
