Hello i have won 50 +after free spins welcome bonus, with this 50 euro i had to wager 2000€, while i was doing the wagger i won 10000€, i waggered the money and i had 9000 left, im trying to withdraw the money now but limits are too bad, 7000 per month, 500 per day, with 3 withdraws in a row allowed only. It would take me too much much time to get my money like this because i have to wait them to checky withdraw 1 to 3 business day everytime even more longer, it would take me like 3 months to withdraw all my money.

Can you please help me to withdraw my money faster? Or atleast get all of them at once

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? How much did you withdrawn so far and how much is currently pending? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they inform you regarding the withdrawal limits?

Hello my account is not verified because i cant verify by uploading documents by myself they have to ask me for them here is a screenshot, right now i habe pending 1500, 3 x 500 per day since 28 november. Yes they informed me about limits, but limits are too low, it will take me way too long to withdraw my money, since every 3 wirhdraw requesys i have to wait for them to be accepted to withdraw again.


I spoke with them on 29 november about increasing my limits and they said the can't do it, im afraid of losing my money with so long withdraw limits.

I already lost half of my money, i send message to them what is going on with my withdraws and they said i have to verify my account, im trying to but my verification tab is still disabled this is what support said to me, 5 working days passed since my first withdraw request and still nothing new. I cant even verify my account.
