The player from Finland is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I have made a repatriation on Sunday and it takes 1-3 days to process them. The time is quite ridiculous because those few hundred sums can be credited to the account elsewhere in a couple of minutes. Just explain that some handler is putting me an email after processing a withdrawal. Nothing has been requested and no one has been emailed. Just waiting for the withdrawal to be withdrawn and playing back.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
