I made a deposit of $30 on 10/19/23. Completed terms in order to withdraw on 10/20/23 I requested a withdraw of $269

I was informed that it would take 7-10 business days to complete my withdraw

I submitted all required documents that was requested of me. It has now been over 30 days and everytime I chat their customer service rep I am.told "it will just be a few days but please rest assure we are taking care of it and it will be processed soon." I have been more then patient and do not understand why it's taking so long.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.
