I was awarded a 3 free $500 chips with rollover and max cashout of 4x the bonus. I achieved rollover with one of these chips and was able to withdraw the max $2,000 from that bonus. I submitted 2 withdrawals for $1000 each based on the casinos withdrawal limits. Those were both submitted on 01/18/24 and haven’t been paid. After submitting those withdrawals I played a small amount and won another $100 which I submitted another withdrawal for on 01/21/24. Lastly, I was offered an all slots deposit bonus from the casino with 100% match up to $1000 with 25x rollover and 10x deposit max cashout. I deposited $900 and received the $900 match for $1800 total. After rollover I had grown my balance to $14,170.16. After reducing that balance for max cashout I was owed $5500 from that bonus ($900 x 5 = $4500 + $900 deposit). I submitted another 2 $1000 withdrawals on 01/22/24 from this making my total pending withdrawals $4100 with 5 separate withdrawals (see attached). The remaining $3402.18 is still on my account as I can’t submit any more withdrawals until the casino processes the current $4100 pending. Please see all supporting screenshots for bonus, pending withdrawals, and remaining account balance. I’m disputing the $4100 that is current however I’m owed $7500 if you factor in the balance that I’m not able to request withdrawal for. This casino should be shut down for their payment issues. There is no credibility here and this place is a scam!! I have a verified account as I have been paid before from the casino but it was a major fight that time as well. Last update I received, my account manager Emma had been fired and nobody will give me accurate information. The manager email is non-responsive to my inquiries.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Golden Lady Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Lady Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
