Hi thank you for the quick reply I did not know of any kyc verification I just started playing on this online casino the other night I deposited twice and tried to make my first withdrawal today no bonuses were used when playing I just really want my money back please help. If it's any help I have the ID and email from ggbet regarding the withdrawal request.
