I played on Gamble Max's casino because I had seen an email that gave me $38 bonus. I then went to the site and I played the bonus and one money like $300 and some dollars I tried to withdraw but it told me I couldn't do that on a bonus I had to play it down so I played like $2,300 down so that I could withdraw when I went once I got that done I went and tried to withdraw again but they wouldn't allow me to do it they wanted me to deposit $50 so I did and then I still couldn't withdraw my money it was put up there as being pending a withdrawal. I read the terms to make sure that I was doing everything correct and that there was nothing good I wasn't doing to collect my money. I contacted chat and ask them because it said it would be 3 to 5 hours before collecting. There's nothing on chat they were always out and we're going to get back to me. No phone number to contact him. And then they pop up a little bit of a message in the in the gaming platform saying that if I deposited $30 that it would get me at the top of the list to collect my money. I didn't put any more money on it because I was already decided to die they weren't trustworthy. and it's been a month now and I'm still sitting here waiting on my money that's pending withdrawal. Totaling to the amount of $86,000.

Could you please advise which is the most recent screenshot from your casino account? In one picture you provided us with, there was the information that you should wager an additional $1340.5 to be eligible for a withdrawal request.

Kindly specify the name of the bonus you took or send us the screenshot of the entire email with the bonus offer.
