After communicating with our complaints team, the player confirmed that he received his withdrawal after 18 days. He expressed dissatisfaction with the casino's communication and withdrawal processing times. His complaint had been marked as resolved after he confirmed the successful receipt of his winnings.

In Fezbet casino, I was created my withdrawal request on May 5. After 10 days they rejected my withdrawal request without any reason. When i contacted their Chat support they simply said your request was rejected due to unknown reason. And they ended my chat without giving me my complete answer. Then i again contacted the Chat support and they said create withdrawal request again and you will receive funds. When i asked them when will i receive funds after creating second request they told me we don't know when you will receive may be your request rejected again. This casino have not any sense. I don't even know who gave them casino licence, they treat their customers as bad as possible. Please take my money from this fake casino. I can't wait i need my money urgently. I have waited 10 days after my first withdrawal request and now i created second withdraw request. That's why i still need to wait 10 to 15 days for their response and if they reject my request after two weeks what should i do. I can't wait too much. Kindly contact them and i will be very thankful to you. They rejects withdraw requests without any reason and don't reply any emails. They didn't even reply my single email. Moreover, they don't need any verification from me as it is showing in their website you don't need any verification.

Dear kristina i have received my withdrawal recently. I am very thankful to you. This was my second withdrawal and i received it after 18 days. I received my first withdrawal after 14 days. Fezbet casino don't able to trust. They only mentally toucher to you on your withdrawals. I have contacted them number of times through email but they don't respond even my single email. Their chat support is like bots and always will said we can not do anything regarding your withdrawal. I am very disappointed from this casino
