I registered and was going to make the first deposit in the 100% bonus up to R$300, but I didn't have the promo code. I checked with the support where he told me to go to the betting house's social networks to check the promo code.
I found the GANHE100 promo and made the first deposit of R$300 and to my surprise the bonus was credited to CASINO, but I want to bet on Football and take advantage of Libertadores and Sudamericana.
I spoke with SUPPORT who did not help me transfer the bonus or the reversal of the deposited amount.
I just want to bet on SPORTS, I don't even need a refund. but I would like the bonus in Sports.

Just yesterday Cassino contacted me through Caio and everything was clarified. This bonus code is not valid for Sports. They canceled the Casino Bonus and I was able to withdraw my money.
