The player from the US decided she doesn’t want to fulfill the wagering requirements, and she wants her deposit back. She used the cashback option with her payment provider, but the main reason we rejected this complaint is, that she refused to fulfill the wagering requirements, so the casino didn't do anything wrong.

This place is a hot mess. SO glad my credit card had my back from these SCAMMERS. They run your deposit as a CASH ADVANCE under "misc home furnishings" through CHINA. Got my original $50 deposit back well as the cash advance fees and other fees they charged. This "casino" aka SCAM earned themselves a POOR rating.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. The casino didn't do anything wrong, because you decided to not fulfill the bonus conditions - wagering requirements.

Please be informed, that when you use the cashback option with your payment provider, it may lead to troubles with depositing in other casinos in the future and they might not accept your deposits.
