I payed Duelz casino but I win the money

I withdraw £6300 still I didn’t get money in my account and I go mail from Duelz they told to submit proofs and I submitted all proofs driving license ,bank statement and utllit bills and again and again they are asking to submit proof I send it again but they told that


unfortunately, we are unable to process the withdrawal back to your card. This is due to a restriction imposed by NatWest on their card withdrawals from Casino sites.

 

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for you, and we would like to offer an alternative solution. 

 

In the meantime, we would like to suggest that you submit a new withdrawal request to your bank account via Open Banking solution "Trustly".

 

In order to verify the bank account ownership, we require the following document:

 

Proof of bank account ownership – Copy of a physical document*, the original PDF file** showing your account number and your name as the account holder.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
