I played few hundred dollars didnt win then hit $1700 today told me i was only eligible for $250 havent recieved it dont use this casino they are ripoff they have no problem taking your money but they dont pay out customer service is terrible

I won with a deposit and i emailed all the documents u requested twice i have screenshots of my complaint to your agents no resolve u dont have an customer service phone number and thats understandable the way this business is ran

I paid $25 and got a first time bonus put another $50 on account and won i have screenshote of all the conversations with there agents and done what they asked of me for 2 weeks ive even chatted with one agent and quit not 5 minutes chatted with another one what they told me was completely different than the other one look I wouldn't waste my time with this but i believe they do this on a regular bases and you oversee them and should put a stop to it

And another thing i even asked if they would at least let me play with the $1700 i won they said no you can withdrawl $250 i have no problem with that but they wont even pay that and then i asked if i could use the $250 to play again i was told no i bent over backwards sending in my private documents they wanted and to resolve the issue by just playing the money they would not do anything in my opinion they are a scam and at least in my dealings with rhem and i have the conversations with them to prove that

And theres alot more of the conversations but these should be enough one minute they say im confirmed and gonna pay the next they say its not confirmed ive sent my documents 3 different times and nothing so i reply back and there agent will tell me something and ill wait get ahold next agent and they say something else if you havent figured out there a scam by now just forget it cause your probably on there pay roll
