Simple Casino Review

The player from Finland had self-excluded due to a gambling problem but then had played again and won 8,000€. The casino had closed his account and offered to refund the deposits. After providing the required information, the player had received 2,750€ but was still awaiting the remaining 5,250€ a full month later. The player had argued that he did not explicitly mention a gambling problem when he self-excluded. However, we had concluded that the casino had a legitimate basis to suspect a gambling problem and had acted appropriately by closing the account and refusing to pay out the winnings. The complaint was rejected as the player had already received the refunded deposits.

The player 'ARTTUROO' said his account had been locked for about half a year, he'd sent all the requested documents, but nothing happened and his money was stuck. The casino informed that they had received the final clarifications from the player, and were trying to finish the process in a few working days. No more updates since.

The player 'Arsenios' submitted a second complaint (since his first complaint got rejected) about the funds/money that he had won and got taken from his account (around 90.000$), but he was not able to show the withdrawals and deposits that he had made with the Simple Casino because after he won and tried to withdraw his winnings, the casino instantly removed the access to his account. However, he had screenshots of emails and a confirmation received to his phone. The casino denied his winnings because of several T&C breaches, one of them being that the player was from a restricted jurisdiction - Greece.The player could not find anywhere in their T&C a fact that would prohibit this country. Their gaming services were based in Malta and Greece was allowed in Malta's gaming services. There was no reaction from the casino and this case remained unresolved.

The player from Norway has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment was rejected every time. Even if we’ve assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.
