The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed. The casino failed to respond and we were forced to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.
I have been able to withdraw £500 successfully but when trying to then withdraw the rest of the money owed (approx £300) it simply says paid but it hasnt beeen received.
I have emailed them twice and have not had a reply

Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested and which payment method you have opted for?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. First payment has been received so I know that KYC has been passed.
Second payment was requested over two weeks ago with same withdrawal details. The money is show as paid however nothing has been received.
This was 2 weeks ago and I've emailed them 3 times since.

Could you please advise if you have received any tracking number for the payment from the casino? Unfortunately, bank transfers can be tricky, and the entire process can take a bit longer since intermediary banks might be involved, and international transactions take place.
There is no tracking number but there is an internal ID which shows I withdrew £500 on 12th May which I have received. I then withdrew the rest of the money which was £390.90 on 18th May, I have not received this.
My account says there is no pending withdrawls and no money now in the account.

We would like to ask Cybercasino3077 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.
Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
