It will not let me verify my identity for some reason. I cant verify my identity to be able to even make the initial deposit to withdraw available balance. I tried contacting them and emailing no response and no live chat feature working

I have never had contact with them. I have tried for 2 days now. As far as the verification process ongoing well I have never attempted to load anything to them before yesterday. So when i tried to withdraw my balance and found out i needed to thats when i tried going through the process. I did notice my identity verification did say ongoing. When i tried to upload my license it directs me to another page that states link expired contact support 24/7 chat or email. No 24/7 chat and i sent emails.
I noticed that a few updates have been made just recently to my account for instance now it says for my documents (identity verification) instead of pending now says pending documents and when i click it says the link has expired or is invalid

Can you please advise if you did contact the casino by e-mail and if yes, what did they respond? If you did not, be sure to mail then regarding the verification.
