Case summary

The player from the United States had faced an issue when he attempted to redeem 1,300 USD into his crypto wallet. Instead, the withdrawal had been canceled by a manager and only 12 USD was received, leading to a loss of 1,288 USD. The player had claimed to have met the playthrough requirements of a bonus code, but the casino's terms and conditions stated that players could not redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively without making a real-money deposit in between. The player had activated several free bonuses without making any deposits, and therefore, we were unable to assist him further. The complaint was rejected due to the player's violation of the casino's bonus policy.

I had over 1,500 usd available for cash out. I asked for 1,300 to be redeemed to my crypto wallet, it didn’t happen. It was canceled by a manager and I received 12 usd and it shows as manager approved 1,288 to somewhere else. I was cheated out of 1,288 usd.

I received a bonus code of 180loko and after I played through the amount needed to redeem your winnings is when I attempted to withdraw.

  • Am I correct in understanding that your winnings were solely accumulated from a free bonus?
  • Have you previously utilized any free bonuses offered by this casino?
  • Did you make any real money deposits in between the free bonuses for gameplay?

Thank you.

Whether or not if I did use a bonus I met the playthrough requirements and accumulated a redeemable amount. On that note even if it's decided that it was confiscated on a bonus I'm still allowed a 100 dollar payout according to the email sent. file

Is my case still open?

I apologize for the delayed response. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):

RULES
NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)
2. Players are not allowed to redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdraw winnings from the second No Deposit Bonus.

Based on the screenshots you provided, it appears that you activated several free bonuses without making any real money deposits for gameplay. Regrettably, in such instances, our ability to assist you may be limited.
