I made a withdraw of $717 July 16th. I have still not yet received the withdrawal when contact customer support. They are almost clueless and just tell me it takes up to 7 days from today. until I start showing them screenshots of my withdrawal request on July 16th. They then start to tell me oh the withdrawal is being process.They now are blaming the Bitcoin network. saying that it was down. Did a little search last night. There was nothing wrong with the bitcoin Network systems were 100% up and running.

I don't understand why crypto loko has advertising that says fast payouts when it's the slowest in the industry. You can also see that they do some weird stuff like cancel the deposit , release $35 and then request for $682 withdraw and they waited till July 23rd to submit the request. Now this is my second withdraw from Crypto Loko so not sure why it's taking so long. I usually would be very patient but It's past their terms of 7days and I would like my Money. Also who else to turn to but Casino Guru for help!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

So crypto Loko ended up kicking back my money from coindraw, putting it back into my account. They would like me to do the Bitcoin withdrawal instead of the coindraw which I did. It's still going to take me 5 days. I did get an email asking me to contact customer service to expedite the withdrawal which I did, but they told me I had to wait 5 days or up to 7 days I still can't recommend this casino because of the slow withdrawal process. If they change their withdrawal process on par with a lot of others then they'll be perfect.

They also told me that it will probably be till next week because it's up to 7 business days not including the weekend.
