prior withdrawals were in matter of minutes however this one seemed to trigger something probably because this was a normal deposit and a normal withdrawal with no bonuses attached to it... after 24 hours i contacted the customer service only to be told to wait 48 hours...i asked if there were issues with the withdrawal and they blamed it on the blockchain network being slow i told them that's an outright lie becuse if that were true then they would have problems with deposits but there didnt seem to be any and theyre on the same network...customer service kept closing my conversations so i had to intiate new ones...


this morning after the customer service told me to wait 72 hours which was ridiculous however i do have conversations saved. the request vanished, no email no contact as to whether it was approved or not and its not in my wallet so i contacted them again and they're saying that the note was added yesterday that i threatened them...which is totally untrue and hes saying that i cant deposit or make withdrawals either which is bizarre because the cashier page shows i can do both just fine except for the fact that the withdrawal vanished for no reason nor explanation..

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
