I received and email with a nice promotion to join there casino. 500 percent match bonus so I deposited 38 dollars via bitcoin. I completed all the wagering requirements and my funds were officially real money. They advertise a lightning withdrawal option if you use bitcoin so I opted to do that. My problem is not only with the lengthy withdrawal as I expected very quickly do to there advertisement but I received no email about a pending or request withdrawal. I tried live chat and nit working I email 3x then I noticed takes 72 hrs to reply to an email. So I have no way to contact the casino to ask about these issues. I have screenshots of everything. Thus isn't my first time so I understand issues arise however no way to contact is not acceptable.

Yes I did ty. However I still have nit received any reply from casino fir 5 emails I have sent. And I also am still not happy about them advertising withdrawals are processed in seconds claim to be quickest on the internet and it took 6 days. Ty fir looking into this for my but I won't be playing there any more
