I receive a no deposit bonus from the casino. I won’t the max amount on that ($105.) on Dec 15th and submitted all required docs. I was approved for the Bitcoin payout of $105 on 12/16. I also had made a separate deposit on 12/16. I still have not received the payout of $105. The site claims to send payout immediately. It also states on the site that it should never take more than 3 days for a payout. Yet, each time I contact the casino they tell me they have a lot of requests and to try again another time. I’m attaching the most recent transcript with the agent. filefile

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

no it says that my payout was approved but they never sent it. they claim you will get your payout within minutes. this is now a couple days short of a month.

I reviewed the situation and this $105 withdrawal was completed by the casino on the 19th of December last year, Bitcoin has trended upwards since then so it shows as significantly more but here is the transaction in Blockchain Explorer. Check your Bitcoin wallet jaimev33, those funds are right where they belong. In your pocket.

Yes, my apologies on this. I did receive a payment from this sender. I had multiple transactions at the time and when I checked with cryptoloko they couldn’t provide me with payment information, nor did they send an e-mail that payment was made or where from. The agents had told me it was just still processing when it said completed. And that their finance team needed more time to review my documents. So because of that, for this payment, I was under the impression it was from another site I was due to be paid from Thank you for ur help on this matter
