The player's unable to withdraw for over 8 months. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I won about $1600 from them about 8 months ago since then they have requested 5 different things from me from drivers license to several differnt forms i have been told several times they will pay me but never does in the past they did pay me but it took about 2 months to get paid. It is clear to me these people are crooks I am going to file a formal complaint on thier license in Costa Rica I am also gonna start writing reviews about these crooks everywhere I can if i can help someone not get robbed by them ill be happy

When exactly did you start the verification process? When was the last time you sent a document for verification and when was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it. What documents are they keep requesting?
