The player from the United States submitted a withdrawal request of $120.00 on April 1st, 2024. Despite multiple escalations with the casino, and the casino asking for a Bitcoin address, the withdrawal has not been processed as of April 24th, 2024.
I put in for a withdrawal request of $120.00 on April 1st, 2024. I have yet to receive any confirmation that my withdrawal has been accepted and I've already submitted multiple escalation with the casino and each time they say the same thing. They say ask for my bitcoin address and say an escalation has bee ln submitted and to check in 24-48 hours but nothing has been resolved. It's is now April 24th 2024.

My account is fully verified and the winnings were accumulated through a bonus but was verified with an agent that the wagering was fulfilled. I spoke with an agent yesterday regarding the issue and they gave me the same runaround.
