I did not click on a bonus I open up casino an there was 114 bucks in my acount so they added it in I did not click on any bonus it was already in my account and it would have let me withdraw it all because it gave me that option but I guess if I did that this would still happen

They took of my deposits I had to the account and as u can see how much money they have taken from me after they were the ones who told me that my deposit would come in with 46 to 72 to hours then they take all this money from me

I have not bean told any thing and no I have not got nothing from them except them liaing to me and telling me I would get my deposits but then they take all my payouts plus what I had left in my casino ballance I was playing with still

I have reviewed the situation and the maximum cashable amount on the free chip in play at the time of the win is $100, there are also a number of credit card deposits that were disputed and returned to the bank of origin. Currently the amount of disputed charges exceeds the maximum cashout value of the withdrawal. I'm fairly certain there is little I can do to assist here.

I have received the information from the casino representative, that you have known about performed chargebacks and have agreed that these amounts will be deducted from your further withdrawals, including the one in question (which is smaller than the total amount of chargebacks, so it these funds cannot be withdrawn at all). Can you confirm it?

  1. What does the disputed amount consist of? Are these multiple withdrawals or only one?
  2. Has chargebacked amount been taken out of any of your previous withdrawals?
  3. Do you understand that some of your winnings are confiscated because they have derived from the free chip (which has maximum cashout of $100)?
  4. Please, check all your attempted withdrawals once more, and let me know how much you should have received considering the maximum cashout and chargeback confiscations, and let me know if there is still any amount that you consider should be sent to you.

Greetings all,


The funds in question stemmed from a $100 maximum cashout free chip so the maximum withdrawable value of those funds through cashout is $100 and cannot exceed this amount. There were $219 in disputed charges, per agreement with the player these funds are to be removed on subsequent withdrawal(s). The $100 valid amount for withdrawal was removed to offset the $219 debt, a $119 negative balance still remains to be removed on the next withdrawal. The remaining non-cashable funds were removed ($100 max cashout on the chip). Hopefully this clarifies things.
