I submitted a withdrawal request on May 6 it’s now almost a month and when I reach out to them they all tell me the same thing that they Expedited my request. I’ve been sending emails for a week now and no response I call and I get disconnected and the online chat they tell me the same thing I’m retired and I could really use my money

Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand it correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

everything has been verified with them, there was no mention of why it’s being delayed. Every time I get a response from them they say it’s being escalated and ty wait 3-5 business days to check the status. But when I check it’s still saying pending.

i went on club players and noticed my withdrawal was gone I chatted with someone and they told me that it got approved today and should take 7-10 days to get to Bitcoin I’ve attached the conversation to this email they took $120 for some promotion thing I don’t know.
