The player from the United States had an issue with an online casino where he had won $6000 but was only allowed to withdraw $500. Despite the casino having reportedly accepted all necessary documents 68 days prior, the player had not received any communication since, and his remaining winnings of $5500 had not been paid. Our team had attempted to investigate the issue and extended the response time by 7 days. However, due to the player's lack of response to our messages and questions, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

After years of playing and losing money, I finally win. I win a decent amount, $6,000, but when I go to cash out, it only allows me to do $500. Whatever, finally get to cash out, and have 5500 still to play. That was 68 days ago. They told me all documents were accepted, and that was the last I heard from them. I can’t believe I give money to these casinos. The worst idea in history is to allow a business to figure out how to take my money by getting me addicted by restructuring my brain, then just take my money. They bring no value or positivity to the community that they destroy and we allow it. Yeah so I don’t think I’ll be getting that money.

Could you kindly advise if you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Please keep in mind that bonuses often come with a cap on winnings.

Do I understand correctly that you have not yet received your winnings of $500?

Could you please advise when was the last time you communicated with the casino and what was it about?
