The player's account got blocked and winnings confiscated withtout any explanation. Player was using a VPN so we are rejecting this case.
Deposited 500 in total win 6100 tried withdrawing. uploaded all id that was accepted by 3rd party asked for withdrawal and got told my account us shut wouldn't tell me why banned me from chat ain't answered emails

Was this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Was your account ever fully verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your balance? Did the casino specify in any way the reason of your account closure? Did you receive back at least your deposited amount?

Hi this was my first ever withdraw request i wrote on chat they said well done now upload documents i done thatvyhrough there 3rd party was all accepted ,went back to chat whi just came out with a message saying they regret to inform me my casino access has been revoked and wouldn't say just they can do this at anytime ,I asked about my winnings and was ignored ...I went back into chat different operator asked same question then was blocked from chat now cant log in ,emails not answered dud really enjoy the casino until this happened, none of my winnings was bonus money as did not use bonus and deposit not returned

Could you please explain what you mean by 3rd party? Did you deposit or used someone else's details?
No I used my own card but when they asked to verify they use another company to verify ur details

I have reviewed the situation richardleelawry and it appears your account was flagged by our security department for use of a Hungarian VPN, VPN usage is strictly forbidden per the terms and conditions of the casino. All deposits have been refunded to the card from which they originated and the casino account has been permanently closed.
Unfortunately in this particular situation there is nothing I can do to assist.
