This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

It’s only been 1 day but I can’t get hold of anyone their plus I’ve seen they have not got the best reputation, the amount is £100 not £1000 I’ll go back to the casino and see if they can hurry it up if I haven’t heard anything for a few days I’ll get in touch
