Dear Abid,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I hope I understand correctly that your nephew registered using your personal details and used your payment method to make deposits. When a player registers in someone else's name of the main casino rules is breached, which is that players must provide correct and up-to-date information about themselves. This is also specified in the casino's T&Cs:
"4.8. Your Account must be registered in Your own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for You and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, Access Device or any environment where Access Devices are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc.) and/or account in respect of the Services. ..."
I am sure you understand it is close to impossible to prove that the account was used by your nephew and not you. Unfortunately, we are not able to support you in this case. I can only recommend that you are more careful with your personal stuff, especially identity documents and payment options.
I understand your point of view when it comes to missing KYC, however, if your nephew tried to register with his own personal details, he couldn't proceed with the registration, since the date of birth doesn't have an option to set a year of birth for players younger than 18. Therefore the casino tries to prohibit underaged players from registering. Please see here:
Please let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
Best regards,
Kristina
