The player's unable to withdraw his balance as he needs to wager his deposit. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.

After depositing 200USD , i got lucky and won 100$ right away.
Happy with my winnings , i went to withdraw.
Guess what? You can't , their TOS are made so you are forced to play.
I had to play 100% of my deposit if i wanted to withdraw my own money , with bonuses is understandable , but when they apply this to your own money , you know that something fishy is going on.
Contacted the support, Peter couldn't do anything for me, of course not, why would they, it's the TOS he said.
It was insane, the disgusted feeling of being forced to play , to see my money dissapear, knowing very well i would lose it.
Of course i lost... what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience of being a casino player , became me being played by the casino.
Never again, lesson learned , BitStarz Casino is a greedy and inhumane casino.
My advice to everyone that is hesitating to deposit , is DO NOT just go to another online casino , this company should be boycotted.
