exchange comp points for cash played thru wager requirements was denied cash out said one of my winning bets was to high to contribute to wager but when i went to see how much play thru i had it showed i was done no wager left to play thru so i went to cash out then bitcoin casino .us canceled my cash out and then they took all my winnings and told me my bet was to high i was left with 0 balance

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):


"24.

Until the playthrough requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed 0.00012 BTC, 0.014 BCH, 0.0025 ETH, 0.042 LTC, 35 DOG, 5 USDT. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed."


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.
