I played with Billy bingo  And yes And yes very difficult to draw from and as a lot of rules but I just found out I still at $1800 that I was waiting to withdraw all the by winnings before I deposited in more money I find out yesterday that they want me to to pause it to get my money out reluctantly I finally just agreed so I can get my winnings and and I find out they want to take all the money on my account and that's Boyd I don't get that was winnings and they want me to put more money and to try and win more This doesn't seem right to me here's what the representative wrote to me on the board.

I've been told there's a way that you can take the money out so I can deposit money so that then I can withdraw the money than I've already won in 3 Can everybody stop just closing out my tickets in and give me some help

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked the general and bonus withdrawal policies on the website, and I have to say that there is an enormous number of rules to follow. I will contact the casino and ask for their point of view, but before I do that, please, could you confirm that you have completed the KYC (verification) process in the past? Yes I have  I actually had one I actually had one almost $3000  And I've been withdrawing off of And I've been withdrawing off of it but I do want to put me more money back in until I got my whole winnings back you know they took every penny that I gave them to play I just wanted to get all that out my winnings and I would of played with them still But there deny in the other half of my winnings because of the fact that I haven't been depositing with them I explain to them that I just wanted to get my winnings before I started gambling again and they said I've now  I I forfeited the rest of my winnings because I didn't deposit more money before I got my winnings out and I wouldn't take it all my weddings out but they only let you do $500 a week 2 weeks or month If a is giving me the whole amount right then chances are they party would have it back by now Because I probly woulda kept gambling with  Them But that just doesn't seem right to me that I don't get my winnings because I don't keep the pot giving them money before they paid me all the money they owed me And the response was will take of your winnings out of your account so you can deposit more money but you forfeit all your prior winnings would you like his to do that  And all And

OK I have gone through my emails 1 by 1 and only emails you guys have sent me our promotional emails for bonus codes I have not received an email from a manager and if it is my mistaken somehow I missing it after going to every single email I've received could you post the email and he in this forum so I can see what you're trying to tell me I would be happy to respond I want to get this situation resolved I don't wanna keep playing this back-and-forth so can you please Either write the message in here Or something the other than was being done because I am not receiving your emails

I have gone to my Spam folder my updates folder my promotions folder and then ever the whole inbox of everything folder in order to find this email these 2 emails  That have never come into my That have never come in to my email  I even opened every single I even opened every single promotion you guys set me thinking that maybe a somehow got locked in there but there is no email from a manager

I really appreciate  that amy and your right i should have not said this is bs and i want the f#### money i won but your staff told me i forfit it one has to think your system is set up this way so that this does happen and you keep peoples winning i will e mail you my bit coin address now. Amy and feel free to post any thing i said you were the ones acting inappropriate you should not to have to pay to receive  winning from a casino especially  when they make it so you cant withdraw at once and make you drag it out 

over months and months paying little by little

 There's not been any communication whatsoever from amy  at all I don't know what to do she said for me to deposit 30 more dollars they emptied the account they took the 1800 out and now there's $30 sitting in there that I added more even after all of this i didn't touched or haven't played  with the 30 I've I've done everything they've asked of me Me still don't bother to respond
