I didn’t received my 550€ withdrawal and no answer to my documents verification!

In chat they tell me that i will receive an email soon  with my withdrawal and documents verification answer!

After 2 weeks i have no email or any other answer!

I tried to contact them by email and they don’t respond!

No money!

The procedure can even take more than a week, especially if you requested a withdrawal for the first time. Therefore, we advise players to be patient in cases like this.
