I register here and i play 4 times!

i play my 100% 4th bonus i finish my wager with correct all rules and i send my documents for verify my account. I request for withdrawal before 2 days and today i try login to check my account and my account is BLOCKED. I send many email to explain me why do this and not answer

We would like to ask Betinx Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Hi sklivenow,

I tried to get in touch with the casino repeatedly but without success. I’m afraid, there is nothing I can do for you now. Apart from the casino being unresponsive, it looks like it's closed and its domain is for sale. You can try to contact the Curacao Gaming Authority (certria@gaminglicences.com) and see if it can help you but the chances of getting your winnings are very low. I recommend you take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating. I wish I could be of more help.
