They have I bouns that you have to take. 45x rollover. They will not let you cancal the deposit bonus if it is over 10 euro. I deposit 10 and told they still will not cancal bouns. They're excuse is people abuse their bonus? Sorry but how is it possible to abuse a bouns if you don't want it?. Hi can I not take bouns? no people abuse them?????

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. We will contact the casino and ask for their assistance in resolving this issue, but, before we do so, could you please confirm that you haven’t deposited more than €10?  

In the past, we had a similar complaint (please see the link below) from a player who has been forced to accept bonus, but casino claimed that mandatory bonus for first 10 deposits only apply for deposits between €20 and €1,000.
