The player from Greece is facing a withdrawal issue, having requested 500 euros two weeks ago. Despite having successfully withdrawn money in the past without delays, the casino's live chat provides repetitive responses without resolution.
Since 14 december i have made a 500 euros withdraw request, live chat says same poem daily, that they forward the ticket to be resolved fast and with priority.
Just because i read other complaints.
1) Yes i withdrew money money before 2-3 time between 300-500 never took more than 5 working days
2) they didnt ask me for KYC
3) was not bonus money/spins
