i chatted with Daniel who offered a bonus of 777% and 100 spins. I asked what the payout time frame was. He said with bitcoin it was instant. Also David Jackson’s emailed me that withdraws are instant with bitcoin. So I deposited $40. It was a 2 x the bonuse pulse deposit pay out. I hit the play through and my valence was around $1000. Connie advised it would be adjusted to $350 due to the max cash out. I agreed. She said pay out would be within 24 hours. I chatted back in and tried to see where the pay out was as it had not come to my bitcoin wallet. I was told i needed to wait another 24 hours but it will be paid out before then. I called back 24 hours and got the same wait 24 hours so I did. Now euro bets has blocked any contact with me. Won’t answer or text and customer service chat will not answer. I know they are there cause a buddy that uses the contacted them on chats. There is no help when I try. Every customer servise rep says that if I was to recall my bonus submission and use half of the bonus for a deposit to play again they would issue the rest of my bonuse to my bitcoin wallet now. No waiting. I told them no but the still try. If thy can try to bully me buy harassing and forcing me to deposit half my bonuse to get only half my bonuse sent to my bitcoin wallet that is not right. Saying will send you half you bonus now if you deposit the other half. I will attach their text saying this. I can not reach anyone there now.
