Hello!


Really bad bonus rules, just took all my winnigns away because i played restricted games: maybe then dont let me play those. Where the hell should i see what can i do with bonus money and what not.

Really bad experience. Do not reccommend!

Even though I must say that the list of forbidden games for the bonus play is rather long, if you are aware of placing bets on restricted games while wagering your bonus, sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

Just wanted to warn others for this site! Ridiculous that in year 2020 we have still these kinda problems. NEVER-EVER had any other sites allowed me to place bet or play slots if it is simply forbidden. WAYYYYYY too many rules on betflip Casino and also the customer support was way too clueless when trying to withdraw.

EXAMPLE: from a chat between me and the customer support, who finally answered:

Anna: "Unfortunately I have already given you all information I have regarding that issue" or

Anna: "Understand but it is what i can say"

Seems so scammy and feels bad.

But also i would like to ask why they took over 800€ from my balance and only left 47€. But i did win the first sport bet which was placed by the bonus rules and it was over 200€.
