Playzilla does not want to process the request for a payment of €369 that I made on 9/1/2025. They respond on chat with a standard response that they are sorry and that I will receive my payment and end the conversation.

My account is not verified, no one has asked me for any verification document yet.  I have bonus winnings, but the amount of my deposits is greater than this withdrawal amount.  I spoke with the agent yesterday, he gave me a short answer that they were very busy, that I would get paid and ended the conversation
