I have won about 6K Canadian in eth without using bonus funds.


I Tried to withdraw 2000$ shortly after my win and it was rejected, even though I had withdrawn once previously. After it was rejected my account had tips and withdraws suspended.


I was told by live support to email bc.game with a list of my phone number, commonly used IP, etc. I did and they emailed back and said I needed to complete advanced KYC.


I completed advanced KYC a couple days ago and got an email confirming its completion but my account is still blocked from withdraws.


I have provided my UUID in the username slot and will send other proof if required, but I am hoping I can simply just get the attention of bc game to unlock my account.

Yes, I have made one withdrawal previously and it was successful


Yes I can still log in and even play with my money just not tip or withdraw


When I go to the withdraw page, there is a message saying that my withdrawals are currently suspended, and the whole area is greyed out

Hello! This complaint is no longer required. Bc.game has unblocked my withdrawls! I have turned only 60$ into 5800+ dollars and they gave me my money fair and square. Nice going bc game !
