The player from Japan deposited 1800 RM on 6/3/2024, but the deposit was not received despite providing proofs and contacting live support several times. The player was repeatedly asked to wait different time frames but still received no resolution. The casino confirmed the deposit was credited on June 9th. We extended the response time for the player, but due to no further communication from the player, the complaint was rejected.

Ticket 6344440. I deposited 1800 RM on 6/3/2024 - and still have not received my deposit. when contacting live support, i submitted screenshots and proof. I was first told to wait 2 hours, then 3-4 hours, then 24-48 hours. with all being automated messages. once 48 hours passed, i again reached out to live support, and they said it would be dealt with within that day, and that they would contact me -"reassured that we will get back to you within this day as soon as possible". - which i did not hear from them.


This is absurd and extremely unprofessional. 72 hours on and still leaving customers in the dark.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

As I can check, this order was already credited on June 9th. Fiat transactions can sometimes take 3–4 days for resolution as it requires checking up with bank and merchant so it can take longer. Please let us know if you need any further assitance.
