Hello I come here very frustrated with the fact that I can't withdraw my funds from b.c game casino. I made a deposit of 520 usdt via bep20 network and I played casino roulette a few times and won an amount worth 532 usdt bringing my total amount on the account to 1052 I tried to withdraw via the same means I used to deposit i.e usdt bep20 network but after the attempted , my Account withdrawal section has been suspended without being given the reason as to why that has happened .my account is fully verified as I have passed both basic and advanced verification .I have tired to enquire for more than 48 hours why my withdrawal is suspended and the only answer I get is wait , i dont belive wait is an enough answer on why a customers account has been suspended.i would also like to highlight that i dont and never use bonuses my email register to b.c game is [sensitive information removed by Casino.Guru admin] I don't know if casino guru can help but its worth a try I will also upload the screenshots between me and the support team for an easier follow up

I've reviewed the account, and it appears it was temporarily locked only for the KYC process. Once the KYC was completed, the account was immediately restored to normal. If you're experiencing any further issues, please don't hesitate to let us know.
