The player from Australia had experienced issues getting two pending withdrawals processed in the casino. The withdrawals, one of $816.89 and another for $450.00 had been delayed for over a month despite constant communication with the casino. The player had confirmed he used wire transfer for past withdrawals and there were no active bonuses when he won. However, he did not understand the verification process. We had requested more details and relevant communication between him and the casino, but the player failed to respond. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

It has been over a month and they still haven't processed my withdrawals.


My first withdrawal was for $600 I received 3 weeks later. But the withdrawals still pending are


One for $816.89 on the 12/02/2024

And for $450.00 on the 14/02/2024


Both wire transfers


I have contacted them Every second day and they come up with the same excuse. They will contact a manager and get it rushed ahead. Or they're waiting on their banking department to finalise the transaction.

Past withdrawal was a wire transfer also.


No bonuses were active. I double checked as my first attempt at withdrawing was declined.
