The player from Florida had reported that 7BitCasino seized his balance of 0.04405156 BTC. The player had denied any wrongdoing and claimed he only played slot games without any active bonus. He also stated that he was never asked for account verification. The casino had alleged that the player's winnings came from a deposit that was later subject to a chargeback, leading to the closure of the player's account. The player disputed this, stating he only ever deposited with crypto. Upon investigation and exchange of evidence, it was confirmed that the transaction was indeed invalid on the Blockchain explorer. The player had suggested that this might have been a mistake when he attempted to accelerate a different transaction. Despite understanding the player's position, we had concluded that the chargeback was a serious breach of the casino's T&Cs. Consequently, the complaint was rejected as the casino had acted within its rights according to its T&Cs.

7Bit Casino Suddenly Seized my Balance of .04405156 BTC . Every time I try to ask them why, they just give me a generic response listing a bunch of possible things that they claim I may have done. I ask them which specifically are they accusing me , and I keep getting the same generic email as the previous. One thing on their list is that I did a chargeback, though that is impossible because I only ever deposited on crypto. Another is collusion and fraud, both of which are nonsense and false. The only thing I’m guilty of is winning, and I guess in their mind that is fraud. Seems like they will make up any excuse not to have to pay up.

I registered my 7bit account in October 2023.


I exclusively only played slot machines.

i was not in a bonus of any kind, no bonus funds were used before or after in the winning of my balance. No acclimation to any type of bonus.

I have never been asked to do an account verification & that’s something I wouldn’t mind doing if asked. I cashed out on the 9th of April around $600 and was also never asked for verification.

Thanks. I hope some pressure can be put on 7BitCasino , it's really unethical and fraudulent what they did. Also trying to talk to their customer service is a horror on it own, they have no knowledge of whats going and will just give you just some generic nonsensical answer

Thank you for your response. I understand that chargebacks are not acceptable, however, according to the screenshots the player has provided, this doesn't seem to be the case. I'm not sure if a chargeback can be initiated in crypto transactions, at least I have not yet come across this. Can you please provide me (michal.k@casino.guru) with any supporting evidence of the alleged chargeback, please?

So I sent it from my Bitcoin wallet balance in Edge Wallet. Those funds were sent at 8:13 AM est on April 9th. At around 10:37am on that day, my balance on 7bit was around $2500. I tried to withdraw but it said my Bitcoin wasn’t confirmed yet, so I was just waiting on that. on that day the Btc network was unusually congested. I had sent another transaction from that wallet as well, to a different address. In the edge app it showed the option to accelerate the other transaction (non ignition one) , so I clicked it, and guess it increased the miner fee, not sure exactly how that works. A little bit later on that day , my 7bitcasino account was disabled and I messaged them. The next day they responded and said that it was " temporarily suspended for additonal verification", they also mentioned the increasing of the "miner fee" , and basically don’t do it again , because it can be considered fraudulent. They basically wished me good luck after that and Then restored my account with my $2500 balance. I soon tried to withdraw, But it got rejected, a email I received (attatched) said I had to play .002btc x3 and something about bonus. Was confused because I wasn’t it any type of bonus or anything like that. Either way , I played a bunch more, almost losing it all, was down to like $600 at one point, though I somehow got back up up and then

some more. Then I withdrew the .044 btc and then waited a day or two, with nothing from them. Only when I started inquiring where the funds were did they seize the funds. In my 7bit account it said the funds were confirmed. At one point it said pending and went to showing confirmed. Attached will be screenshots of everything noted here.

I’m not exactly sure the Btc address of that walllet , it seems it may change with every transaction, attached I posted screenshots of the edge transaction. I pressed the resync button in the wallet and now the transaction of .00067120btc no longer shows.


It’s possible the transaction got canceled when I pressed accelerate on a different non related Btc transaction.


Though i believe i am still more entitled to the Winnings.


obviously clearly it was a mistake.

I was over $2000 in funds when this happened and I had tried to withdraw already, was just waiting for deposit confirmations.

You locked me out of my account right around the time I did the acceleration (for like 12 hours). I messaged you guys, and you basically said everything is ok and you unfroze the account. You also mentioned the miner fee

In the account it and in email 7bit said it was confirmed. I have so many different wallet in the edge app, I did not notice this issue (clear clear error)

Then I was sent more & more ambiguous messages , that I needed to do more play through and that’s what was holding up by withdrawal.

never did they communicate I need to fix something or do something etc.


If they are honest then they will pay.

While I recognize that the mistake you made was not intentional, and despite the transaction appearing to be processed normally at that time, as in most cases it is, and the casino system has shown this as successful, we can't dispute the fact that the chargeback was done and the transaction is confirmed as invalid in the blockchain explorer. I can't really comment on how this is working for crypto transactions, but chargebacks for FIAT currencies occur only after a certain time, so they are not "flagged" immediately in the vast majority of cases. I would strongly recommend the casino set up its system in a way to receive multiple confirmations on the blockchain of the transaction before the funds are reflected on the player's account to avoid future situations like this.

Nevertheless, based on the fact that the chargeback was done and the transaction is confirmed as invalid in the blockchain explorer, I'm forced to agree with the casino's actions as has been communicated to you.

The cashback is a serious breach of the T&Cs in almost all casinos, and the casino team has acted according to its T&Cs.

Under these circumstances, I will not be able to help you further, and this complaint will now be rejected.
