Hi I am having the same problem I have requested withdrawal multiple times it keeps getting rejected I just want to play the casino happily I have bills to pay for and they need to be paid on time that money is crucial to me if not I will be going to the police and let them handle it from there as I can see it's not the only person that it's happening too I just want this resolved asap

Hi good morning mate yes there is a value of £570 in my account at the minute I conctacted them this morning asking why it keeps getting rejected and they said there is a que but it's happened 8 times now this shouldn't happen it's not right I have bills to pay for and people to look after all I want is my money back they have now blocked my account I can't access live chat anymore I have all the proof and yes my account if fully verified which I have full proof emails and live chat transcripts of that aswell please help get my money back it's really important to me it's making me feel unwell and nervous it's a lot of money that is mine

Because it wouldn't let me log in it said user blocked but it was never blocked until I tried to withdraw my winnings and it was betting on sports, and no it was off funds off my money
