On the 13th or 15th October 2023, I successfully withdraw from this casino, based on their terms and conditions, its said "E.g. if your bets total €500 and your winnings total €600 for the entire settlement period, cashback will not be credited." Which will make my cashback settlement period 3 days from there.

I have deposited over $623 since the 23rd October 2023, and every new settlement period came and gone without me getting a cashback. I’ve spoken with the support team, and they full on tried to convince me that I don’t have one.


i haven’t made any winnings that I’ve cashed out in any new settlement period, which makes me eligible for a cashback.


I have screenshots of my conversation with them, they foreclosed the chat, telling me "

Unfortunately, have nothing more to add

on this issue, all the information has

already been provided previously. Our

conversation goes in circles. If you no

longer have questions about casino

services, then I will be forced to end our

dialogue. All the best."

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Can you please forward your deposit and betting history? How much is your current casino balance? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi there Nick, with all due respect, verification stopped mattering the moment I became a loyal player at this casino depositing as much as I do.

my deposit history, is attached below. My current casino balance is $0/€0 as you can see, I also deposited in Euro.

the last time I contacted support was today, prior to this, I have contented them on 3 other occasions when settlement period came and I didn’t receive a cashback.

I have multiple screenshots, where I am being told there are no mistakes, I am wrong, and I need to accept it, you don’t treat the people who you rely on for business like this. I wouldn’t ask for a bonus or a cashback if I feel I didn’t deserve it. I’ll reply again.

Hello naybnard,

Can you please advise if you ever did receive cashback in the past? If yes, when exactly? How much did you deposit and withdraw since your last cashback?

Based on the casino's cash back system, it's highly doubtable that the system made some kind issues as this usually happen due human error.


To explain their cashback system a little further - If you did receive a cashback for example on the 1st of October and since then your total winnings were higher than the loss amount, you are not eligible for the cashback. So it is not counted based on weeks or on your last deposit/loss ratio.
