I received the attached email on the 15th November advising me to wait up to 10 days for my account to be verified after I submitted everything required. It has now been 11 days, I have emailed several times without a response and also spoke to live chat who can’t help. I cannot make a withdrawal until this is done.

Hi, I played slots with a bonus.


I sent a picture of my bank card only showing 4 numbers, a picture of both sides of my drivers license, a utility bill and also a picture of myself with my passport in front of the ybets website
