Hi I'm user Muizz69 I can't withdraw my winnings or make a deposit it keep saying account verification form needed form which was not sent also I tried to email them but all they say is I need to deposit and I can't do that cause I also need a account verification form please help me

The verification deposit is standard practice for a player who hasn't previously deposited or when a new withdrawal method is used. The amount deposited should be added when requesting a withdrawal.

  • Could you please advise whether you deposited to the casino already?
