I have deposited several tiles and finally actually won something and when I tried to withdraw they're saying I have multiple accounts and did not give me a way to verify and just lock me out of my account. I have other people in my household, roommates/family who have account as well But we aren't creating multiple accounts or anything like that!


They took my money just fine but now they're locking me out of you and getting my initial hundred that I put in! I knew I've heard bad things, I knew I shouldn't have played with them!

yes it was a bonus I played through my requirement and won and sent in my docs for verification. I can't login but they did say they gave me my hundred bucks that I initially deposited back, but I'd really like the other money that I won fair and square as well but I'm waiting for verification, not sure why it takes so long they said five business days which is kind of ridiculous

You can close, they verified me very quickly and then refunded my winnings. They're actually super quick and really helpful I feel a little bad for ranting and complaining now!
